Its a massive open world driving game that gives you street and off road vehicles so they had to model literally everything given that you can go virtually anywhere

There are some geographical issues though like the geography not aligning with some houses for example so some of the house is buried because its on a hill and not a flat surface

The sound does change when changing the camera from 3rd person to cockpit which is very nice
