Pros & Cons
Pros
This book is a lot of work, but it's enjoyable, completely manageable, and it really pays off. Good for someone who is close to intermediate and wants to review and look at detailed explanations. The only thing lacking is an audio component.
Good textbook for learning turkish. This book is a gem.
The book is very comprehensive with helpful charts, excercises, and a dictionary in the back of it. The exercises at the end of the unit are very in depth. Even the type face in the book seems to help with reading the lessons!
Cons
Dialogs are complex, and presented without accessible and robust grammatical explanations. It also gears towards british learners only, which is very annoying.

Yes without the ability to properly specify 34the apple34 vs 34an apple34 one does sound like a child but in my opinion sounding like a child is the point of learning any new language since it means that one can actually communicate
