Princess aldari is no fmc bad@$$— she’s a math nerd who gets kidnapped by the elves for her brains.

I enjoyed it immensely the elvin characters, the description of their home, very similar to that of tolkin's descriptions, was enthralling.

She has a great relationship with her bodyguard, theli, who sees protecting aldari as a challenge at times.

This is fun to read, although not as good as the blood before dragons series.
