Pros

The tip is flexible which makes me feel a little bit better about using it rectally.

Cons

This thermometer is useless. Totally inaccurate. This one is trash!

Slow and usually reads one or two degrees lower than usual. Compared to my old, but working, mercury glass thermometer, this one reads low by 3. I frequently get readings of 96 degrees or below.
