They seem sturdy and durable. Very durable convenient easy to move about. Material is tough and sturdy, bag is large for a lot of valuables.
The waterproof silicone coating makes the outside feel a little tacky but not sticky. What's unusual is the rubbery feel of the material so it tends to gather a lot of lint which can be easily wiped off.
It will give you more time to save your valuables from a fire when evacuating.
Cons
The pouch leaks water right away when submersed in water. The opening is too small to insert a standard sheet normally. Zipper is non-metallic and will probably melt right away allowing the bag to flop open. While it didn't completely leak, the inside... Read More

These pouches are well made … very durable and not easy to open ( which is a good thing).
I bought one for myself several years ago and have been pleased with the quality and peace of mind that it brings
It's fire resistant so i went i hadn't bought this to just in case.
Great quality, but can’t confirm if it will hold up in a fire.

Perfect size for some cash and a few other necessities.

Since its a fire retardant envelope i imagine in a worst case scenario youll be hunting for it in a pile of ashes so it would be handy to have something bright or reflective to make it easy to locate
