This tool makes cooking quantifiable. Solves my meat temp check when on the rotisserie.
Made a great brisket for a christmas party. Uses these for smoking and grilling. But here's the kicker - i used the bundle for a big family cookout.
This is like magic. Worth every penny. Purchased additional one for my daughter & sons.

The gloves are really nice and very well made.
Outstanding product, easy to set up and a meat savior.
If you let the battery (aaa) run down, it takes about 4 hours to recharge back to usefulness.
The meat was perfectly cooked, i didn't burn my hands once, and the fam couldn't stop raving about how good everything tasted.
Price
I hesitated to spend this much money on a thermometer.

I have had many remote thermometers that consist of a probed attached by a wire to the base transmitting unit

The base station the box which you store the probe in when not using just has to be near the grill and i track it through my smart phone

It needs a good warning beep to let you know when the battery power is low so you dont find out when you are already cooking
