The third book in the mistborn trilogy is a rehash of the first two books. The characters are tedious and predictable, they need more depth, they are not interesting. The trilogy suffers from a lack of plot development and repetition.

Sazed turns into a less likable character, though spook becomes a lot more likable. I understand that this is a very * conceit and he may not even be fully aware of this inclination.

The writing is terribly slow and repetitive. I know authors are supposed to do some recapping, but this was overkill.

Vin and elend are pretty dull throughout this entire book, unfortunately. Brandon sanderson apparently is just no good at writing romance.
