Pros

The adjustable back is a great option that allows you to control the recline. It also tilts back and you can adjust the tension. The seat has a tension knob to adjust the “lean” of the back.

It has sturdy legs and casters. Sufficiently heavy duty, sturdy. Well contructed and heavy.

The cushion is a little stiff, but just right for the long haul. It is comfortable and the synchro-tilt option is fantastic.

Cons

The (ostensibly) office-quality chair is inconsistent with staying at the level i set them. I'm by far about 230 lbs by the way - and the family is predictably much less.

Leather seat has 2 large cracks in it. Box were ripped, dented, and some of the chairs were scratched. The rubbery arms deteriorate in no time.

Although the packaging could have been a little tighter, everything came without damage.

The box is the original factory box and was sturdy and in very good condition.
