The book is well-researched and clearly written. The examples are outdated, but still valid for proving a point. The book reinforces this fundamental point, as well as many others, with a rich set of examples.
Clayton christensen's "the innovator's dilemma" explains why some firms fail to adapt to new technologies. Christensen argues that successful businesses often collapse because they fail to find the new markets for disruptive technologies.
