Pros

The author brings god closer to us in a very loving way. It gives you a greater understanding of an addict's struggle, as well as, the struggles we face in everyday life. The aa/al-anon references blend in seemlessly with the scripture.

The bible relates the stories of the bible to my recovery i have been able to apply it to my life. The print is large enough that i don't have to put on my readers. I find that simply using a clip on book light really helps.

Cons

This is the first time that i ever received an item through amazon that i was dissapointment in. It's a huge bible and because of its size it's too floppy to flip around and find chapters/ passages. The only way to read this is with a magnifying glass... Read More
