Great book to teach young children about sustainability. Revisiting this book as an adult, you realise that it's a very well-written story.
It's basically about sustainably harvesting, and protecting the environment. It's very topical.
This is a heartbreaking and amazingly resonant story. The narration style is also unusual for him.
