This book is a game changer. This is the most affirming workbook i own as a therapist. I love that sonny wrote this in a way that everyone can process the information through their own means. Thank you sonny.

Very approachable and easy to work with. Only downside is that there are some grammatical errors, but they are minor.

So many self help tools are very neuro-normative and can be really unhelpful for neurodivergent brains.

If you plan to make copies of the pages the pdf version is only $10 on the authors website!

Its about $6 usd ($10 austrialian) for the digial version on the author's personal site.

Decided to get this because it’s cheaper than therapy.

Competitiveness

I like these worksheets better than marsha's!

And neurodivergent ppl have less spoons than the rest of the world.

There are a few errors within this book but can still be understood, it's a short read compared to most informative books.
