Pros

This cookbook is amazing! And the recipe ingredients are not impossible, yet the dishes come out so delicious.

It teaches so many everyday tips and tricks and foolproof methods to cooking. Very comprehensive. Atk is great with pictures as well as detailed instructions.

Not just a bunch of hard to follow instructions but spices, herbs, knives and cookware. It has basic information as well as several recipes. Granddaughter loves the directions.

Cons

Information isn't really so *usable* and digestible when it's not well organized. The quality of the photos is atrocious. Might just go to a bookstore next time to buy a proper exemplar.
