She moves to a shelter and finds a pamphlet to 34beta34 a process to turn betas into omegas and makes the decision to move ahead with that process so that she can go back to her ex as an omega

The book does end in a cliffhanger though i felt it was mild

What was lacking a bit for me was there wasnt a great way to get a concept of time andor parts of the story werent fleshed out 100

There isnt a lot of detail given to her time within the facility what the experiments were what the medication was how she was treated etc
