Pros

The 3 year old goes back and plays alone while * is in kindergarden. This is a great toy and it really does entertain little ones when they’re stuck indoors.

Cons

The smell is disgusting. Very chemically. If you handle it in big clumps it somewhat stays in place, but not really. Ours is very dry and does not stick together at all.

Very disappointed. Very dissapointing. I only wish it lived up to its description.

The description says beach sand 2lb. It flips on to the table and the floor just as easily as ordinary sand. I'm not obsessive about my floors--i read reviews before i purchased that complained of mess and i scoffed--sure, it's sand!

I think brookstone's sand (with two dots over the a, too bad brookstone went out of business) was a faaar superior product. Coolsand and especially kinetic sand feel like cheap knockoffs.
