I've cooked rack of lamb plenty of times (and this would also go well with lamb chops), but it was never this fast.
This recipe was fast and excellent and will probably replace the aforementioned mediterranean recipe as my go-to.

They talk about cleaning grills discuss smokers and other equipment you might want for your grill etc

In the both hands needed chapter the phillysteak cheesesteaks tacos al pastor smashed burgers grilled smokehouse barbecue burgers are calling me but you might like the smoked salmon tacos grilled turkey burgers with spinach and feta or the eggplant and mozzarella panini

Out of my collection of 500 or so cookbooks at least 70 of them are from ciatk annuals included

Needless to say if a cookbook doesnt provide me with new modern innovative recipes than what i have already its going to be returned

My biggest criticism of their cookbooks are not their recipes but rather the recipes they try to compile into themed books
