Pros

Every recipe has a color picture of the cookie, and it makes me want to try them all! Every recipe makes the best of that type of cookie that i’ve ever had. This is the best cookie book ever.

The cookbook is very easy to follow and everything i've made so far has turned out great. It also has 10 gluten free recipes, which i was so happy to see so that i can make some delicious gifts for my gf friends. The recipes are tried and true.

Cons

The book also has an odd odor. This is very misleading. Overall, a disappointment. Not worth making again.

Some good baking tips, but many complicated recipes. The result fails to capture the essence of the cookie.

Methods are well arranged, make sense and often expanded upon for the perennial subjects crisp vs chewy, ect.

I own way too many baking books, and cookies are my thing.

I have so many recipes marked off on this book for immediate making already that i've had to foist cookies off on neighbors!

Packaging/appearance

A wonderful book that arrived well packed and invery good condition just as described!

I like how in every recipe there is an anecdote about how the test kitchen arrived at the recipe that made it into the cookbook.

The recipes had pictures and all the recipes looked so great.

I wish they would simply say "cover" or "put in an airtight container.
