The characters and situations in the book are stereotypical, however that’s not a criticism. It's an engaging story and well read by chris ruen although i'm pretty sure he mispronounced a word or two.

This book is an unbelievably accurate though not factual journey through the fictional evolution of the company parts unlimited. This is possibly the peak of the business/technical book wrapped in a novel genre.

As a novel it is underwhelming, not at all realistic. Naive storytelling, full of oversimplifications and logical gaps. Terrible prose. It just frustrates the readers.
