I photocopy the pages i need then arrange them in a logical sequence sometimes literally cutting and pasting them

Its still not a fivestar book for my purposes because i wont often make a recipe as written here because i have different baking priorities than the authori mill wholegrain specifically for each recipe i dont peel apples i prize tartness and flavor at the expense of texture so its not five stars for me
