It’s a love story tastefully written. This book is all about the love story rather than a great deal of angst and ptsd. The author tells a beautiful love story detailing how their love developed.

Simon is wildly successful and a swoon worthy dad. He surprises you at every turn in the book. A man who loves and dotes on his child or children is extremely hot.

The characters are very likable. Nice storyline. Warm and totally likable characters who get their happily ever after.

Cons

I loved the instant chemistry between the two characters and the dual pov.

The only mark against it, was the clichéd ex-wife, and that whole answering the door incident was just cringe-worthy, unnecessary at best.

Lauren has such great characters to fall with.
