My bedroom has a large double window with blinds and no drapes or curtains. One is to wake up every morning, shoot myself in the foot and toss a sack full of life energy into the fire.

What i found to be the worst offence is how this guy has very little empathy for his patients and those who suffer from insomnia.

Banal and childish humor. Just a whole lot of (interesting) jokey info. The author comes across as condescending. He tries to be funny with some sarcasm.
