Rub generous coating of the rub mixture to cover the dry meat then dust liberally with granulated garlic. Great addition to my dry rub as well.

The problem is that when i put it on a hamburger patty i have to use so much of it to get the flavor of worstshire sauce that it burns b 4 my meat is cooked. Had to throw it out.
