Pros & Cons
Pros
Chives are the culinary equivalent of a reliable friend – always there when you need them, no matter the hour. These dehydrated wonders are like culinary confetti, ready to jazz up any meal that feels a tad too mundane. These are relatively flavorful ... Read More
The bag is large enough to use as a lumbar support in the pickup. Problem is that i am usually out using up those standard sized spice bottles. Great quality. Good bang for the buck.
The scent is subtle yet promises a flavor punch that could elevate even the most humble of dishes, like turning a plain omelet into a gourmet delight. The flavor is very good. And fresher too, really aromatic.
The price is incredible for how much you get. Quality is very good.
Cons
Freeze dried chives are small and tubular. They smell of hay and taste like grass clippings. After a couple weeks in this packaging no matter how good you deal it, it tastes stale. These aren't chives and they are *!
Highlights
Quality
These are some of the best dehydrated chives i have purchased.
I have used these little green flakes in almost all my savory dishes, and boy, does it enhance the flavor of every unsweetened ... Read More
It's the kind of addition to your diet that makes you feel like you're cheating the system – all the benefits with none of the effort.
Baked potatoes, scrambled eggs, cream cheese dip, not sure what i will use it in today but i won’t be out.
Price
Great value for a ton of chives!
I loved the fact that they taste just like the fresh chives at a fraction of the cost.
It was a huge bag for a good price.
The price per ounce means that i can use them by the handful instead of sprinkling them for show.
Packaging/appearance
Wish it came in a container vs bag
Packed with vitamins and minerals, these chives add more than just flavor to your meals; they're like a health boost in disguise.
I usually order my spices in 4 oz packages, but i didn't realize that a 4 oz package of chives is much bigger than a 4 oz.
Package of a heavier spice like peppercorns.
Competitiveness
It's good but i prefer another similar brand sold on amazon.
I used to get other brands that were like 6-7 for a bottle.

I put about half of them in a quart mason jar and into the pantry to keep them handy and on hand for use and probably have a second refill of that quart jar left over which i put in the freezer in the original bag
