It's clear, precise and honest. At times it makes you giggle. I like the simplicity of the language with which the author has explained some, maybe not complex but profound, concepts. Very insightful and helpful and easy to reread.
The subtle art of not giving a f** by mark manson is a refreshingly blunt and thought-provoking book. While some may find the profanity off-putting, it serves a purpose.

How this managed to sell millions is almost beyond belief. Like moths to a flame. It's full of survivor bias and seems to dive into the complacency of not trying. What's wrong with that?

Much of mansons stuff comes from a buddhist perspective

While he does mention buddha at the beginning he doesnt talk about the philosophies like buddhists or woowooists do

If you suffer from serious cptsd or experienced serious abuse or trauma this book might make you feel even worse about yourself so avoid it until youve had time to deal with those issues in a serious way
