Pondering the thought that there had to be more dragons and dragon friends beyond the essentially upper crust world of the blue order we had seen to date i was fascinated to meet the poor trapped turnspit dragon and the frustrated bricklayer who heard dragons but didnt want anything to do with them

Author grace does a fine job getting into their heads and making them come alive in a fit of temper longbourn is at his most cantankerous missing lizzy and mary as his official keeper must somehow find a way find a way to work with him despite her lack of training in all things draconic

He will forever be the outsider looking in because of a physical ability he lacks a normal genetic occurrence something collins cannot help

Whats also interesting is that collins has come to love his wife mary despite it being an arranged marriage and he even risks longbourns wrath to speak up on marys behalf
