Yes it has been released as two individual books but that is clearly for logistical reasons because this book was quite large enough as it was… any larger and i’d have struggled to lug it in my rucksack let alone a handbag

And whilst my main reason for rating four stars initially was that it was slow having reread and then gone straight into the second part of the novel i can’t see this as a flaw

I think my favourite out of the characters has to be kaladin and that seems to be a common theme in reviews here

Shallan is a frustrating character both because of her intelligence and in spite of it
