This gum really works well to freshen breath. I have sjogren's syndrome, so having an effective breath freshening option is something that i think about on a daily basis. Flavor lasts a long time.

Therebreath gum is sugar free, sweetened with xylitol and aspartame-free. Tastes great with kind of a citrusy-minty taste. The initial taste is a little bitter, but becomes more minty as you chew. The taste is mint, but with medicinal overtones.

This gum has a crunchy exterior and a soft interior. It's tasty, convenient, and freshens up my mouth in the middle of a workday. It is not hard on your teeth.

At 8 calories per piece of gum, it's hard not to eat these by the handful. The coating isn't as crunchy as i expected, which is fine. They taste good and one tab feels like a stick of gum.

Therabreath fresh breath chewing gum looks like a mint. You need to chew thoroughly and swish a bit to reach everywhere. I am not an all day everyday chewer so i have this on subscribe & save and have a piece or two every few days.

The taste is poor and it doesnt last long enough to feel like it freshens anything. Sucralose is an artificial sweetener. After two minutes, the bad breath comes back. Flavor only lasts a min.
