Pros

It is reusable and easy to use. It is soft and molds to your head/eyes. Super comfy. Love the fact mthe strap is velcro.

Not only does it help with puffiness around my eyes, it also calms my tension and stress headaches. It helps puffy eyes feel much better.

A good idea is to buy two so when one warms up, you have a second one to put on. The fridge works just as well. Don't put it in the freezer for too long as it can still freeze and get stiff.

Cons

The straps are not super accessible, they only widen to a certain length so it was always a challenge to pull over my thick braids. The mask does not confrom to the face, so it barely feels like your eyes are getting cold. Dont waste your money.
