Pros

Product looks as pictured! Beads migrate around mask, making full coverage a little difficult. But overall decent product. This mask solves that problem.

After 20 minutes or so puffiness is gone. The coolness is a welcoming feel. It helps puffy eyes feel much better.

A good idea is to buy two so when one warms up, you have a second one to put on. The fridge works just as well. I’d recommend not putting it in the freezer for too long as it can still freeze and get stiff.

Cons

Face mask feels weird and doesn't stay cold for long at all. The straps are also not super accessible, they only widen to a certain length so it was always a challenge to pull over my thick braids. The mask is half empty of the beads.
