This is a fantastic scifi debut that i was hooked from the very first sentence. Doug, the main character, is completely in love with the goddess of one plane of the world. The book endlessly tells the story of his arrival on dandros.

I know it’s not great to judge a book by its cover but in this case the cover is what drew me in for a closer look

This alone is an achievement because not being able to get an understanding of the book’s setting is often where i believe a scifi book can fall short
