It's a real shame that cascade designs discontinued the compack model, as it was some 35% lighter. The chair works well, isn't too difficult to setup, and is really comfortable.
Cons
The product includes no mattress or cushion. You need to require therm-a-rest to make it way more clear that the chair kit is only a metal frame, which is overpriced as well.

I am submitting a review to alert people that the 25” chair kit works great with the paria recharge xl air sleeping pad.
My only concern with the chair kit is that it provides almost no protection for punctures when using it in the woods.

I will be taking a small 36”x36” piece of a tarp to use as ground protection under the chair

After trying several different solutions none of them were as convenient lightweight and effectie as the thermarest chair kit i loved
