Pros

The fleece lined inside keeps you very warm. I want the top to fit snuggly for warmth and to fit under shirts. The turtleneck stays nice and tight so my neck stays warm.

They wash/dry/fold/don't wrinkle like a dream! It is also dressy enough to wear as a regular shirt. Great to wear under a sweater or a vest of some kind.

Sizing is good too. Not too big not too small. True to size for me, at least. Xl size fits well.

Cons

Sizing is too inconsistent. The arms are short and tight, but the body is large and not tight fitting.
