Pros

The quality is great, it's quick, it’s a life safer! Should have bought this printer sooner for my small business. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

The only downfall is that it’s not compatible with chit chats. The app it comes with is very user friendly as well.

If you use a shipper that requires 4x6 labels, this is perfect. It is very compact and works as advertised. The only thing this printer is missing is wifi/bluetooth ability.

Cons

The printer is dirty and poorly packaged. It only prints properly if i feed one sheet at a time. Could not connect this product to bluetooth or wifi. Total waste of my money and very frustrating.

Note: this is a thermal printer and needs thermal paper.

2nd remote access my laptop to install the necessary software and apps and they wouldn’t stop helping until all my need were met.
