The usb cable has two ports… why? Tried both different usb’s, same issue. Rma on their website to get one for free and the kicker is that they still have not gotten back to me. Was able to play little video clips on the screen.

The screws that mount the fan to the radiator are just a very small amount too long on the unthreaded portion. This makes the screw bottom out too early thus the fans are not fully secure. The rattling noise is clearly audible.

The processor is always cool at constant temp of 30c, without changing.

Other than that it is worth the money, works great and my son is very satisfied.
Competitiveness
At this rate all other cooler manufacturers better be on the watching out for thermaltake.
I was replacing my failed off brand aio and i didn't keep the stock amd motherboard clips.
This was one of the only white lcd 420s, so i didn't have a lot of choices, but i'm more.

The pump is quiet there is a liquid temperature sensor in the pump itself

The first is the location of the micro usb port
