This aio performs pretty solid at it's price point. The price is unbeatable. Thermaltake is a reputable brand that's trusted.
Rgb lighting is very customizable. Razer chroma seems to recognize that it's there, but i have yet to figure out.
Cons
My processor began overheating under load (gaming) (on i5-12400 processor btw) after about a year and progressively got worse and worse over the next 4 months. Pc will shut off as cpu hits 100c under load and around 75c idle.
Will not be buying from thermaltake again due to this trickery. Unpleasant experience overall. Which is egregious.
Thermaltake aio pumps are very poorly designed. The length of the cables for the rgb lighting on the pump is too long. I wouldn't purchase this aio setup, not even for parts.

App for it broke which no longer lets me customize the display which was the hole purpose of getting it.
The processor is always cool at constant temp of 30c, without changing.
Price
Seems to be a reliable solution at a decent price.
Other than that it is worth the money, works great and my son is very satisfied.
Competitiveness
At this rate all other cooler manufacturers better be on the watching out for thermaltake.
I was replacing my failed off brand aio and i didn't keep the stock amd motherboard clips.
This was one of the only white lcd 420s, so i didn't have a lot of choices, but i'm more.

Had this 2 years and the fans seem to have started making some sounds will check but maybe time to replace them

The pump is quiet there is a liquid temperature sensor in the pump itself
