First and foremost the build quality is impeccable. The rgb is clean and easy to change. And lastly keep it clean from dust build up.
Cons
You will be refunded in +45 days for a problem that is clearly theirs. That is no warranty, it is a sham to get you to pay for another system. Bad customer service plus computers are faulty.
It steadily got worse over time until the cooler failed. Now i have a dead computer and am fighting with thermaltake customer support to get it shipped and fixed. Fix the listing then and stop advertising this machine with a 3060 12 gb vram card.
The absolute worst costumer service. Easy isn't it. Very disappointing.

Always try to use a surge protector on the computer power as sensitive electronic can easily burn out in a surge.

First i would look up some videos on youtube about what to look for when getting a pc shipped.

It was a box, in a box, in a box, in a box!
Also, they only put 2 cooling fans on the top of the case which again makes it look almost empty.
I had to open the glass panel in front to remove some of the packaging inside they add to make sure everything inside stays in place.

Coming for an ibuypower pc, this tt is by far superior.
From the get-go, the glacier 360 stands out with its amd ryzen 5 5600x processor.
You're essentially paying a premium for good looks and a water cooler when comparing the glacier to the graphite version.
The seller has stated that they cannot guarantee the brand of gpu or motherboard.
