It works really well except that if the straw is up and the cup drops on it side water leaks out of a hole at near the top that likely helps with suction

I like the bottle its size and colors but one flaw is that the top of the straw is too tight for toddler to open on his own it requires an adult to open it

We had previously owned tried ones where you have to bite the straw to get any water out i really did not like that and autospout type straw that required too much effort to suck up water because they made it leakproof

Kids are always dropping things and i dont like my kids would put their mouths on a spout once it has touched the ground so some sort of mechanism where the spout is kept covered until usage would be useful
