I bought one nearly a decade ago and while it still works perfectly keeping my morning tea piping hot until well after lunchtime the hard water where i now live began to ruin the inside creating a lot of caked on film that is impossible to remove

The only drawback is that the white lid gets coffee and tea all over it as you drink it so it kinda looks gross even though it isnt really

This means if it sloshes because you didn’t close the opening it won’t go anywhere but inside the top

It cleans off and i can easily take it apart to get all the nooks and crannies but let’s face it many of those in offices don’t clean our cups everyday
