Pros

It truly keeps your beverage cold for 24 hours and your warm for 12. It keeps my coffee hot my whole 10 to 12 hour shif. In these hot summer weather, when watching my grandson's soccer game, it is my'must have' item.

Love this mug. The little flap makes it easier to hold with your finger. The only bad thing is it leaks a lot.

I hope it too lasts 13 years. Otherwise it's great. Would highly recommend. I'm glad to see thermos co.

Cons

This lid is ridiculously poor quality for a $25 bottle. The result is the lid flips open easily and spills everything.
