Pros

Stainless steel and the perfect size for a hot meal for my son in middle school. It's helpful to fill it with hot water and let it sit for 10 mins or so then it keeps my son's lunch warm until his school lunch time.

The thermos lid gasket is removable and easy to clean. It is important to wash the thermos and gasket twice. Dishwasher-able is key for us.

Cons

Thermos has a limited lifespan and after that ends up in a landfill.

The gasket in the body is not removable without destroying it.
