If he doesn't finish, he eats the remainder at snack time. Son reports it keeps his good warm until lunch time. My boys prefer soup for lunch at school and this thermos is perfect.

It's so cute and it's the perfect size for her age (2 and a half year old) not too tall, so it's perfect for a lunch box. Plus it has hello kitty on it. Highly recommend for 5 to 10 year olds.
