Pros
It's well insulated, easy to clean, has never leaked. I have bought so many water bottles & this is the only style that lasts.
This one is safe and seems pretty indestructible. The mouth pieces and straws are dishwasher safe. It's very minimal work and keeps it sanitary.
Cons
I ask for a refund and they were kind enough to refund the money. It is terrible that he was so disappointed and so is his grandma! It's too much of a hassle to return this now with covid.
It's a great thermos just not what is advertised in the main pictures so it's very deceiving. Did not receive the item pictured in the listing.
