The customer service is very nice and delivery takes 7 business days. My 20 months old loves it and 8 years old loves their thermos funtainer. This is by far the best insulted cup i have ever found for my six year old!

Great size for my middle schooler’s water bottle. It is easy for her to refill at the bottle refill station at school. The spout is perfect for kids.

Thermos keep your water nice and cool and don't leak. We fill it every morning & it stays cool all day.

There's only 2 gaskets to clean and it's easy to take off. Purchased due to previous mug leaking.

The rubber seal in the lid falls out. It rolls and then leaks all over everything. The seals seem to become loose each time my son take off the lid to refill.
