Pros
Really easy to open and close securely for my 9 yr old. Instructions say not to put in the dishwasher, so i rinse these with warm soapy water.
Cons
It''s ok and does what it says on the tin, but seems very pricey for what it is. It's too small to keep food for anyone over 1 year old. When i requested return, it seems i will have to bear the postage cost. Do not buy this item.
Food does not keep warm for more than 2-3 hours, crispy meat becomes wet and vegetables tend to become like a smoothy. The rubber seal within the lid tarnishes and pick up food odours very easily. Comes 12 noon, the food is cold.

Fill with boiling water and leave to stand for 10 mins with lid rested loosely on top
