Ive not noticed any problems with leaking when the straw is down but if the straw it up it just spills straight out

It is a lovely size as it isnt too big for me i dont drink a huge amount of water and that means it is great for going on walks this is not a good size if you drink gallons of water or want the water to last all day and you havent got a place to fill it up

The cap has a washer inside to help prevent water leaking from the screwcap

The straw doesnt quite reach the bottom of the bottle which has a concave base only a few mm of water is left
