The main problem is with the stopper which is poorly designed. If you screw the cup/lid on tightly it presses on the opening mechanism in the stoppers causing the flask to leak. Without the lid the opening was not protected so it could be opened reall... Read More
Boiling liquid goes lukewarm after 6 or so hours. The first two are after i emptied the hot water after 24 hours later.
As long as you do have a functioning flask i think you might find that it is a nice equipment. However there is one this company has a somewhat lousy way to deal with its customers!

Tested only for hot drinks after 3hrs still nice hot after 8hrs still nice and hot after 12hrs the temp starts dropping and by 24 hrs its barley luke warm

But to be fair its to be expected and if you havent drunk it by 12 hrs your too slow
