This is the best flask i’ve ever bought i made coffee at 8am and it was still hot at 5pm in the evening great flask can recommend

We take hot tea to a care home regularly and our flask recently broke.

Seems to be good quality it does the job what it says on the label

Item came packaged well and arrived sooner than i though

Also very happy that it was ordered after christmas but arrived before the end of the year.

Was very happy to see that it was well packed to prevent any glass/plastic breakage in transit.

Unfortunately when it arrived the inside was shattered

However, despite it arriving in sound packaging it rattled when i took it out of the box so i figured the glass inside was broken.

They posted it to me in a grey plastic post bag without a fragile stick on no bubble wrap.
