Sadly ours broke when we knocked it so the glass shattered then began to spray coffee everywhere as the plastic had also cracked

Unfortunately clumsy me dropped the bag containing it and several other items the inside shattered on impact and boiling water started pouring through the plastic

The cups don’t seem very secure on the body of the flask and fall off if you knock them by mistake

Looks good but if you wash it water gets into the outer casing via the base
