Pros
Great size, keeps the heat, good purchase! Does everything it needs to do - makes good coffee and keeps it hot. Can now make coffee while drinking the first cup and have coffee waiting!
Cons
The lid is plastic and doesn't screw on making heat retention is weak. There is still liquid sloshing around when it’s emptied, so i’m assuming the seal between the black frame and the metal canister must have broken.

So, in terms of thermal retention, this isn't the best thermos product i've owned.

Still, it works as advertised, and saves me from having to clean my zojirushi thermos every day.

If you preheat it with some hotboiling water for about 5 minutes before making the coffee the it is better
