Pros

It’s sturdy and a perfect size. My only complaint is that it's smaller than it looks or than i thought.

Small velcro opening on the top helps reduce the amount of time and how much you open the bag every time it's used. Access by zipper at first is awkward but bare with it. Adjustable strap, durable.

Great for long days where a lot of food/cup/cutlery is needed. It holds a plastic lunch box, a bag of crisps and his metal water bottle perfectly. Spills easy to clean.

Cons

Temperature retention good but won't buy another due to quality of stitching. The quality is very poor and i will be lucky if the zip does not completely ruin the cool bag. It doesn't insulate too well, not the quality you'd expect from thermos!

Horrendous product. Terrible customer service. Messaged twice regarding this faulty item and was just ignored.
